Fruit on the Empty Stomach

11055562_1584477028464510_896661702_nA good start to your morning starts with a healthy breakfast.  My boss told me that if you have fruit first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, your body will be best able to absorb the nutrients from the fruit to nourish and strengthen your immune system.  I’m giving this a go and really focusing on making fruit the main source of my morning meal.  Anyone have any success with this method?  Let me know!
